Don’t write a brief. Tell us what you know — we’ll structure the rest, and you’ll see what we’d build before anyone talks about money.
We’re not asking you to put £10,000 through a checkout blind. Tell us the idea first. We’ll turn it into a product, talk it through, and if we both think it belongs in one of the five slots — you book it.
The format doesn’t matter. The idea does.
If you’re wondering whether yours fits — it probably does. Ask us.
What ships on day five is a working product, end to end — defined, designed, developed, tested and deployed. Real accounts, real data, live infrastructure. Software your users can sign into that afternoon, not a demo waiting for a “real” build.
Every build is personally owned end-to-end by a product professional with a background across banking, financial services, SaaS and technology businesses. Your idea isn’t handed from salesperson to account manager to designer to developer — the person you talk to is the person who defines, designs, builds and ships it.
You’re buying the ability to go from idea to working product without assembling a team to get there. Product thinking, UX, design, development, architecture, QA and deployment — one person, one price, one outcome.
You don’t need a product manager, a designer and a developer. That’s the point.
Not five a month. Not five per quarter. Five, total — and then this offer is over. There is no sixth slot.
Neither. You get a finished, working product — built end to end, tested and deployed to live infrastructure, with real accounts and real data. Focused in scope, yes. Unfinished, no. There's no “now let's build the real version” step afterwards.
Anything digital, focused properly. Ambitious concepts are reduced to the strongest complete version that can genuinely ship in a five-day sprint — that judgement is part of what you're buying. If an idea truly can't fit, we tell you on the build call, before you've paid anything.
No. The idea is enough to start. Not knowing what features you need is normal — working that out is part of the service, not a prerequisite for it.
Yes — both are central. Definition, UX, interface design, development, QA and deployment are all inside the one price.
Your slot is confirmed, the start date is locked, and the five-day sprint begins. Scope was agreed on your build call, so day one starts with building the right thing — not discovering it.
Yes. Once we've received full payment, the bespoke work created for your project — source code and designs — is yours. We keep only our pre-existing tools, know-how and generic reusable components, and you get the rights needed to use them in your product. Open-source software stays under its own licences. Full detail in the Terms.
Yes — £10,000 plus VAT where applicable. The exact total is shown before you pay. Payment is due in full before your build start date is confirmed, and a slot is only secured once the project is accepted and payment has cleared.
Cancel before your build start date and you're refunded, less any work already done specifically for your project and non-refundable third-party costs. Once the build has started the fee is non-refundable, except where we've materially breached the agreement or the law requires it. And if we decide we can't take your project on before work starts, you get your money back.
Your product may run on third-party services — hosting, databases, AI providers, payment processors. We set them up as part of the build; ongoing subscription and usage charges after delivery are yours. We'll keep them sensible and tell you what they are before you book.
No. This is being done five times. When the fifth build ships, the offer ends.
